You may cancel your own booking online up to 72 hours before the appointment.

A cancellation link can be found in the appointment confirmation email and reminder email.

Within 72 hours, you may call (02) 9099-9494 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment price.

Failing to show for the appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment price. An invoice will be issued for you to make a direct deposit of your fee.
