  • How to Book Your Appointment
The most efficient way to book your appointment is by entering the SERVICES tab in the navigation bar and selecting your choice in therapy. Select your desired therapy/therapist and follow the prompts.
  • Making Payment and Payment Methods
Payment will be requested once the treatment has concluded and you are dressed. We receive payments via credit card, debit card, and cash. We do not accept American Express at this time.
  • Health Fund Rebate
If you have purchased health fund insurance that includes cover for 'Remedial Massage' or 'Physiotherapy', you will be entitled to a rebate. The dollar figure or percentage that you are entitled to per consultation will be set out in your membership policy. We provide a convenient way for you to claim your rebate through a HiCaps terminal. We swipe or scan your physical or digital card and process it for you on-the-spot. You will be required to pay the remainder, which we call the 'gap'.
  • Clinic Etiquette
Timeliness: Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This ensures your session begins on time and doesn’t interfere with other clients’ appointments. Minimise Noise: Please keep conversations at a low volume in all areas of the clinic to avoid disturbing other clients who are receiving treatments and their therapists who are providing the service. Please be mindful not to use noisy devices, or engage in activities that could disrupt other clients' experiences. Mobile Phone and Device Use: Keep your phone or tablet on silent or vibrate mode while inside the clinic. If you need to take a call, please step outside the clinic to avoid disturbing others. Please be respectful of others who may be resting or quietly waiting for their treatment. Respect Privacy: Be considerate of the privacy of both clients and therapists. Avoid eavesdropping or making any unsolicited comments during treatments. Respect Personal Space: Maintain a respectful distance from others, particularly in shared spaces such as the waiting room and hallway. Cleanliness: After your treatment, please leave the treatment room and common areas as you found them. Dispose of any rubbish properly and keep shared spaces tidy. Wheelchair Accessibility: All treatment rooms are wheelchair accessible. Please ensure pathways remain clear to accommodate clients who may require wheelchair access. Be Mindful of Scents: Strong fragrances, including perfumes or lotions, can be overwhelming or cause discomfort to others. Please avoid wearing strong scents when visiting the clinic. Therapist Focus: Refrain from entering treatment rooms outside of your designated session time. If you need assistance, please wait until the therapist has completed their session and wait at the reception area.
  • Wheelchair Accessibility
The clinic is wheelchair accessible. Please notify staff upon booking an appointment so that we can direct you to the accessible entrance.
  • What to Expect Before Your Initial Consultation
You will receive a reminder email 5 days before and an SMS reminder 2 days before your appointment. To make any changes to your booking, contact details can be found on the confirmation email, reminder email, and reminder text.
  • What to Expect During Your Massage Consultation
Your therapist will begin by discussing your health history, any areas of concern, and your primary goal for the treatment. Once ready to proceed, they will step outside the treatment room while you undress to your underpants and position yourself on the massage table as instructed. A towel will be provided for coverage, and when you're ready, the therapist will knock before re-entering. At the end of your session, your therapist will inform you that the treatment has concluded and offer a brief assessment of their findings. You may then get dressed at your own pace, and your therapist will meet you in the reception area.
  • How You Could Expect to Feel After the Massage Treatment
You may feel an array of effects from immediately after the treatment to several days post treatment. Some of the more common mild and temporary side effects are: Soreness where the muscles have been worked on up to a few days after the massage. Redness or heat from increased blood flow and pressure during the massage that may cause mild skin redness or warmth. Fatigue/grogginess from the body feeling relaxed as a result of tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system. Headaches as a result from changes in blood flow or tension release of muscles in the neck and head. Emotional release that may trigger unexpected reactions during or after a session. This may include crying, feeling heightened joy, sadness or relief, verbal expressions (increased talking) to help release stress about issues concerning them, or increased sighing or deep breathing from tension dissolving.
  • Oils, Ointments and Tools we Use.
The massage oil we use includes the following ingredients: Sunflower Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Coconut Glycerides – from Coconut oil, Polysorbate 85 and Vitamin E. Each therapist may use their own topical ointments such as and not restricted to Fisiocrem, Tui Balm, Zen Muscle and Joint Pain Relief Herbal gel/spray. We will receive your verbal consent prior to application.
